AudrieAna Gardner, MSW, LISW-S

I have experienced and witnessed that the insights and breakthroughs gained in therapy, coaching, and psychoeducation can change one’s life trajectory in a powerful and life-giving way.  It is because of this that I am passionate about empowering people to take the courageous steps through the process of personal growth and emotional healing.  Whether in therapy, coaching, or teaching, I am committed to the process of helping you understand your past and present experiences so that you are able to gain freedom and thrive.  Believe it or not, the puzzle pieces do finally come together!

TRAUMA & RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST:  My specialties include relationships, attachment, parenting, addictions, trauma, and couples therapy. I have extra training in psychodynamic approaches based in attachment theory including Emotion Focused Therapy (Associate in EFT) and Developmental and Relational Trauma (DARTT certification). By using these modalities I help individuals, couples, and families deepen self-understanding, improve self-compassion, experience inner healing, and strengthen relationships and family systems.  I am honored to join you in your personal or professional journey.

On a personal note, I am married and have three sons. I value the lessons I have learned through both my failures and successes in marriage and parenting. My interests include faith and spirituality, fitness and sports, music and the arts, travel and calculated adventure! I especially enjoy sharing good times, good food, and laughter with family and friends.

I created Learn2Thrive, a boutique mental health practice in Cincinnati, where we fully customize our approach to meet your needs.  We pursue a positive and collaborative approach to working with clients, business partners, and fellow organizations. We believe in the strength of practicing together as a community of clinicians who seek to provide excellent services in a supportive environment.  As such a community, we strive to create a safe relaxed atmosphere where clients and clinicians alike can learn to thrive.

Hannah Fay, MSW, LSW

My passion is to help children and young adults overcome both their inner emotional conflict as well as their outward behavioral struggles. My professional and life experiences of working in foster care, school settings, and eventually abroad in a residential setting have equipped me to meet both you and your child wherever you find yourselves on your healing journey in dealing with trauma, abuse, neglect, grief, PTSD, mood and adjustment disorders, and sensory processing.  My hope is that you will find a calming, non-judgmental environment where you feel accompanied in your process of gaining personal insights that promote long term healing.

PARENTING COACH:  Many parents find that having a coach as a sounding board and an educator during parenting challenges to be invaluable.  I strongly believe in equipping and empowering parents to parent their children well and to feel good about it along the way!

ADOPTION & FOSTER FAMILIES:  As a Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) trained professional, I have provided both direct care and educational support for foster and adoptive parents and their children. TBRI is a research based therapeutic model that uses a systemic approach to help children who come from trauma backgrounds and it can be used for children and caregivers from all backgrounds.

YOUNG ADULTS:  I use a strengths-based, holistic approach to empower you to give voice to pain and find your strengths to overcome whatever obstacles may be standing in your way of healing, through the therapeutic process. My goal is that you and your loved ones will learn and practice the necessary skills to not just survive the day to day but truly thrive.

Life Coaching: Emily enjoys partnering with her clients as they re-invent themselves in times of transition and find clarity around their personal mission, vision and values. Communications, Training, Podcasting: A coach to coaches, in the workplace and non-profit setting Emily has coached teams in developing higher levels of engagement, personality awareness and EQ.  Emily also worked in service to Human Resource professionals ensuring new hires were a good fit.
